The APP worked well. it seems that charging administrative fees on top of paid parking is excessive -given that there is no alternative ..Other parking apps seem to include lesser fees.

Too long to pay for a simple parking spot
The amount of time it took to scan the QR code, and set up my account for a four dollar parking fee was way too long. It was a very hot day and my friends all felt like we were dripping wet until we could get into the restaurant. it would’ve been easier to scan my credit card and go.

Ridiculousness…
Was charged for an entire day although I just needed 2 hrs. Not an user friendly app and shouldn’t be charged to park in overpopulated area where businesses are with no parking available on streets. Somebody always trying to make money off something. Parking should be free

Antiquated system
Antiquated system, took nearly 5 minutes to use the system to pay for parking. Unfriendly user interface with app based payment systems, poor signage and rate higher than other parking. Tight parking and difficult to maneuver in the lot, even with a compact car!

The machine at Hyde Park Square…
The machine at Hyde Park Square often doesn't work. It took me 5 tries Wednesday. It is too slow. On Wednesday it took 5 tries using the various manners to pay...Credit card and texting to the phone. The person in front of me used it taking several minutes and then the machine totally shut down and had to re- initialize. Get a new system.
