Booking the parking was easy and all fees were communicated up front. Parking fees were very reasonable and only a very short walk to downtown.
It was such a convenience for being so close and much more affordable than the prices charged in the Mercado parking lot

All accessible routes to the Laredo St. Lot was blocked off either at the entry to said lot as well as the streets.
Thus, I never parked in the lot.
Only uncertainty is whether I can exit parking garage without a ticket

Great prices and extremely easy to get in and out of the garage and psy
With all the construction going on downtown, I parked in the garage for 25 minutes to return keys to the apartment office. I didn’t enter with a “session” so I was charged $10.99 for 25 minutes.
I live in the building and my son was the one who came and visited me. He doesn’t have a cell phone and I had to use my phone to let him into the parking garage. The first time he left I was given the chance to input the validation code and pay to let him out. When he returned, I did the same process as before to let him back into the garage. When he left after four days, I was charged automatically for the full amount and was not given the option to input the validation code. I’m very upset with this whole process. I have complained to the manager and I would like a refund of the difference between the full amount and the validated amount. I have lived in other apartments with parking garages and this is the stupidest system. Residents should have a fob or an rf reader. The excuse I was given wasn’t valid. The parking situation will probably be the reason why I won’t renew my lease.
It was stupid and unnecessarily complicated. I ended up getting charged $10 despite being validated. Incredibly frustrating.

$10.99 for just stopping to look at something someone had for sale is rediculous!

We were happy there was a person at the gate when we got there we are not familiar with the QR code. She assisted us and we were on our way to visit our son. On the way out we were also assisted by a friendly young man. Very helpful.
