Area was clean and safe but app prompts for quantity of days needed which can be a bit misleading
Area was clean and safe. A company employee with an iPad was there when we arrived but not when we left. I overpaid (paid double by mistake) by not knowing I shouldn't have selected one (1) for the quantity of days needed. Instead I should have left the first digit on the app as zero, so it ended up charging me for a full 24 hours when I only needed 3 hours. The app maybe can be set up differently as to not cause this type of confusion. With other apps it doesn't ask for how many days you want to park, it just asks how many hours. If someone wants a full day they put 24 or more hours.

The QR code would not work . Not just for me but for many many others. Then I tried to text in but there was no code.Terrible waste of time .

DO NOT USE LA PLAYA PARKING LOTS!
The WORST parking lot kiosk/company! We went to Ft.Myers beach June 21st, pulled into a parking lot operated by LA Playa, after waiting a long time for a response, we moved to another parking lot - same problem. Finally parked in a lot with an attendant. We were ultimately charged $40.00 for the two attempted previous tries at La Playa parking lots! We could never reach LA Playa customer service. We are now in dispute with them through our bank. Can't believe the Beach is allowing such malpractice - especially after Ian!

Very easy to handle but you have to pay a fee.
You‘ll get a remembering before time runs up and you can make an extension on your mobilephone even if you are at the beach.

Miserable experience
Miserable experience. Took at least 15 minutes to use it. My credit card got hacked. Too many pop ups when you are trying to go through all the steps. Horrible. Would so much rather put a credit card in a machine than use this. And you get charged a convenience fee!!! It is so hard to use!!!
