When I visit a museum, I don't expect to have to pay for parking at all. I was dismayed to find that I did have to pay for parking at the Seattle MOHAI. The instructions to pay were weird and not user... See more

Weekend parking seems to be limited to 3 hours at a time. The last I used it (Saturday), I did not get an email expiration notice, even though I requested it. The non-profit next to this parking lot... See more

Please just install meters…

I really wish I could have used a regular parking meter with a credit card swiper. Parking.com had trouble loading on my phone and didn’t confirm payment till much later via email. It was stressful and filling out the payment forms while standing in the parking lot wasted my time.

Parking ticket dispute payment

Bad, I paid and came back to parking ticket. We called the line, and though very helpful could not figure out why we got ticketed. The website for payment nullified the charge; but it was a 30 minute dealing with it late evening

Web okay, app less okay.

Web site is okay, app is not so great.

With the QR code on a sign I was able to load the parking lot in the web version. I switched to the mobile app because I thought it might have a more seamless experience but it was worse—I couldn't even find how to select the location. I went back to the web and was happy to see they accepted Apple Pay, which made the rest go a lot faster.

Too complicated…

I am old and taking a picture then using my phone and credit card with no receipt was off putting. Then I decided to add an hour. I couldn't find it on my phone so I went back to the parking lot and all over again took a picture and went thru the same process. This time I couldn't tell if it took except it displayed a clock with time on it so I had to assume I had finished the process correctly.

Easy to pay. Excelent location for my needs at South Lake Union. Nice, fairly large parking spots.

However, it is wildly expensive. Considerably more expensive than public parking at a nearby Amazon garage.

I paid for two hours and got $40 fee for being 7 min late

I paid for two hours and got the text message that my time was up soon, so I asked for the check , paid and went outside. As we were hugging goodbye the parking attendant guy gave me a $40 ticket for being 7 min late. I told him I paid and he gave me an email address to contact. I emailed them last Thursday and today is Monday and I haven’t heard from them back yet

They gave me a one time credit and erased the $40 ticket.
