Parking.com has towing companies waiting for your time to expire so that they can tow your car. Time did expire however the amount I paid on the app was enough that I could have had a longer time period. The mobile app wont give you the maximum amount of time for the dollar amount paid. The tow cost me $250, Uber was $48 damage done to my car estimated at$300. In the app I put a 4:00 exit even though I expected a 2:00 exit. The amount I paid would have allowed me to stay until 6:30. The tow time on the receipt was not accurate. The tow time on the receipt was 20 minutes after my first call to parking.com. No one at parking.com returns phone calls or email. Use any parking company other than parking.com This parking lot is at a Metra station. If your train is late and or there happens to be a problem with your phone or mobile carrier it may cost money and a great inconvenience. The tow company was over 30 miles away. Parking.com has my phone number , credit card number and email adress. they could have contacted me or charged me the maximum daily rate of $50.
When I arrived there was no attendant. Since I had to put the receipt in my window I had to pay again at the kiosk
The app is super wonky. I drove up from Indy and found the lot I reserved, pulled into the parking lot and called to verify the app worked and I was all set. Talked to a real person, gave her all the info. She confirmed who I was but failed to verify the info I told her. I caught the mistake on the app about an hour later and BAM, my truck was towed, 25 minutes outside of the city + $240 + uber fair + parking charge = NOT WORTH IT.
Talked to 2 sets of people after the truck was towed. Hoping that what they say is true and that I will receive a refund as I have all of the receipts, etc. WISH ME LUCK!
Super expensive and out of the way. After paying $50, we had to take Ubers to get to the places we wanted to go.
As soon as I got to the parking location the price went from $9.00 to $25.00. I made reservations on Spot Hero. What a scam.

Well it wants you to scan a QR code yet the price was listed way less than I actual paid. I was dissatisfied as it was 3 times the price it stated.
I only stayed in the parking for 30mins and I paid $50,but I saw a postage that it only cost $18. I contacted the costumer support & got no feedback.
There was no scanner to scan my QR code. Had to pay with card at the machine. So I paid double.
Parking machine where you get the tickets are not working

As someone who is unfamiliar with the area, I didn't think your signage at the parking lot was very transparent. I drove in expecting to pay what the sign said and it was significantly higher when I logged in the app to pay.

This app rarely works and my car was towed because of it.
I was directed to parking.com from the Ticketmaster website. I prepaid online $25 for a reserved parking space. Once we got to the parking lot, the listed fee for a parking space was $10. Twice I called the phone number listed at the pay station. Twice No one answered. I wanted assistance with canceling my online $25 reservation, so I could save $15. Long story short I over paid for a parking space.
I wanted to give a negative star review, however that was not an option.
I will not be using parking.com or recommend them to family or friends going forward.
