I felt played
I have a standard car, a Toyota highlander and I paid through the app $30.00. When I arrived at the parking lot they charged me $14.00 extra because my car is considered "oversize". They should specify in the app the lenght and height of the vehicle that meet their criteria as oversize.

Total Scam
Total Scam! Not a real parking booking.
We pre-booked parking near the Armory in Manhattan, and the address we were given was not a real lot. We circled and circled, and never found an actual lot as shown in the pictures. We ended up parking in a nearby garage because we were under a time constraint.
When I called the customer service line to ask for a refund, the phone rang and rang, and when the person finally answered and she heard that we had booked parking in New York City, she gave me a different number to call. When I called that new number, I had been given a number for a sex line. This was a total scam.

I paid for parking ahead of time…DONT!
I paid for parking ahead of time (prepay) and garage was full mornin god 3/1 and I waited 1/2hr waiting outside garage. Almost missed my race in Washington Hts. I will be calling the manager for refund!
I then had to park at another garage and pay there. So paid twice!
