Could only add 11 3/4 hour at a time. NOT ideal when you can't check in until 4:00 pm. Then it took 20+ attempts to add time to your meter. Finally, it wouldn't allow for more than 22.5 hours. So,... See more

NOT ideal when you can't check in until 4:00 pm.
Then it took 20+ attempts to add time to your meter.
Finally, it wouldn't allow for more than 22.5 hours. So, when we went to renew our meter at 3:30 am, we again experienced problems 1 & 2 and ultimately had to drive 3 hours home because we couldn't validate more time.
Would NOT recommend leaving your car here if you are planning on parking for longer than 1/2 day.
Could not add time to my ticket, had to wake up at 4 to do it, could not do it online at all until 4am, overall bad experience
The sign that had the price was wrong. On the website it charged double what the posted sign said
Touchless process, app and website would not let me and friend book a reservation beyond 10 hrs and when we went to extend reservation it always came up with an error. I called support and the only solution they had was restart my phone and clear my cache/history on my phone. It didn’t work. Would not recommend any parking that uses this app or process.
Prices were not what was listed at the lot. It said $15 for 24 hours but when I paid it was $30.
The system wouldn’t let me reserve more than 8 hours of parking and I got a ticket.
The site we used had no postings in amounts/times. Everytime tried to pay for parking it wouldn't process. Guy that went by T came through, he tried to help us a lot. He called the night supervisor (waste of time). Supervisor kept telling us to take 7 minute walk (3women at minute in unfamiliar area) to park in a garage. We took chance and left car there. I woke up every hour and tried to pay, finally at 7 am it let me pay for 4 hours. We ended up with same problem next night. We won't travel to area again unless we have other place to park.
The parking lot was well lighted and plenty of available parking spot. We have problems with the parking meter which did not work properly. We had to use the QR Code on the parking lot sign to pay for the parking.
There are not enough signs to tell u how to pay. Took awhile for me to find it then the system was difficult to use.
instruction guide was not enough
difficult
only like machines
Advertised $15 for 24hrs then charged my card $30. Will not reply to wanting refunded. I have photos of the signs posted all over the lot advising the supposed prices.
First of all, there was a parking spot to park which is the biggest plus. The app was easy to install and took apple pay. I liked how the app reminds you that you are running out of time and lets you easily buy additional time, so you don't get a ticket.
Ease of use and the app works great. Plus plenty of reminders of your parking time expiring. Also I felt it was affordable for the parking space provided.
Close to FC stadium but there is such a lack of parking that people have to illegally park wherever they find a space.
