Returning to downtown working after 13 yrs
I haven't worked in downtown Columbus since 2014 and the ease of parking at the Long St garage is as simplified as I could imagine. The ease of entry & exit is AMAZING. Only hiccup I've had is I tried to setup an account using the option when exiting and the link/button doesn't work so I have to enter my tag info daily, but it's not a hard or time consuming.

Loved being able to drive right in and…
Loved being able to drive right in and right out and no interaction needed or hassle of tickets or payments at the entrance or exit. The system seemed to work great! I highly recommend it, especially since I am not familiar with the city and it's parking rules and traffic regulations.

Long Street Garage was great!!
Close to hotel, convenient, no hassle and safe...plus the price was super reasonable. I will definitely park there again!

Affordable rate, ease of getting in and out. I used the QR Code in the garage which I am normally not a big fan of. After entering some pretty simple information this was a painless operation.

Would not accept a specific credit card.
For some reason the payment system would not accept my primary Visa credit card. I had no problem using the card elsewhere. Once we figured out to use a different card, things went much more seamlessly. The system works well for repeat users
