I arrived and there was no parking…
I arrived and there was no parking ticket guard. It was just a building. No one taking parking tickets. It was Too far from stadium. Waste of money. Ended up going to red zone of NRG stadium and paying again to find decent parking and someone actually validating my ticket. Was late to my event trying to figure out this parking situation. Not professional at all.

Be careful to enter license plate correctly
I've used this app a number of times and normally all good. But, this time I was in a rush, used license plate info in the app from last use which had another number for another family vehicle. My vehicle was booted and I to pay $128 to get it free.

Parked and found out I was at the wrong…
Parked and found out I was at the wrong parking area. There’s no way to change or adjust parking after it was confirmed so paid for the entire day and stayed for 7 minutes, including the few mins it took to confirm the payment.

Put up more signs with the QR code so if people get cornered as soon as they get out of the car, they can tell the scammers that they already paid and their story is crap.
