It was my first time using the parking lot 97. I liked the convenience after figuring how to pay. I paid for additional time( I believe 2 hours); it would be nice to get a refund. My husband is disabled and retired; so managing our money wisely is important. We attended a christian event in the park but he was not able to stay the entire time. I like being able to access handicap parking at the front of the lot.

I don’t understand how I was charged the same amount for different lengths of time.

Luckily I’m not in Houston often, but I will not use this lot ever again.

Good and simple best budget parking. Hassle free and convenient. Definitely would park here again !

Parked at La Branch street, 5 minutes walk from George R. Brown convention center. Parking was a breeze and I was impressed with the ease of parking and paying online.

This was such an easy process. I scanned the QR code on the lot and the event I was attending populated. The pricing was unmatched. Highly recommend.

I got a ticket because I could not see a sign for paying the standard rate. A friend of mine was with me and neither of us could see the machine to our lower left. We actually looked but we looked forward and did not see it to our left and slightly behind.

It appears that the Saturday rate for all-day parking was $20 but when I was parked it was not clear. I paid for a few hours; the rate was $20. My event went longer than expected so I had a lot of angst about topping off payment, to see the minimum I could add was $20 again.

It was after messing around with trying to add an hour that I became suspicious that the $20 should have covered all day, so why was the app not smart enough to indicate "Saturday parking - $20 all-day" or something similar?

No issues at all. Lot was secure, easy to setup and pay as a first time customer. Would use again.

Someone approached me stating that they worked for the garage. They said the machines were down and asked for $40 to park here. They even gave me a number to put on my dash. I paid them without much thought, but then realized they most likely scammed me, so I booked the spot on the app as well.

I use ya every time that I have to go somewhere to park my truck. I usually use the mobile app, but this past weekend it was more expensive than paying at the kiosk. That is the fist time that has happened.

Close lot to convention center, easy to pay and use, reasonable priced.

Close to discovery green and the rest when they have events.

It was a good experience.
