I accidentally put in the wrong license…
I accidentally put in the wrong license plate and had to pay for it. So I paid twice so I could put in my actual license plate and there is no way to ask for a refund.

Beware using Apple Pay…
Paid with Apple Pay & after Apple Pay processes, there’s a second “confirm” button in system you have to click. I thought the transaction went through but ended up with a $50 ticket because of this terrible and unclear user experience

Hourly rates are too expensive.

Not user friendly 🙁…
It’s so hard to log in to pay your meter after the time ran out. And if you have an account and your meter runs out, it’s hard to pay for another session because then you don’t know what the code is for your spot.
