The address given for the parking area would not show up on Apple Maps. Got to the road and all the lots skipped that address give.

Paid for parking, not allowed to park.
When I arrived at the garage, I was told I could not park there. I did not get to park there. Was told by one person that I was not suppose to park in the garage, but in an uncovered lot My parking pass had “garage” on it. Even 3 other workers there were confused when the one guy told me I couldn’t park there. Had to find a place far from there and missed part of the UK game. I request a refund.
So much for tracking by the license plate. Hopefully my car won’t get towed while I’m at the game.
You either have a problem with an employee discriminating against me, or they’re letting people park there that has not paid, or your employees don’t know what they are doing

I bought our parking online
I bought our parking online, using the actual link for the Olivia Rodrigo concert. We get there and lot is totally full and I have zero spot to park. Had to pay again at another lot, it was very frustrating and I’ll be disputing the charge because we didn’t get park there!

I purchased a pass online for a lot in Lexington, KY and when I arrived all the spots were full. I had to find and pay parking elsewhere, call their customer service and try to get a refund, which I have yet to get. Do not recommend.

We we not able to find the lot
We we not able to find the lot. I suggest better directions and signs. I had to pay for this site and another parking site for 2 days. It added an expense I didn't plan on.

Not a FAN! When we arrived they told us we could…
When we arrived they told us we could not park. It was 5 pm. My reservation was at 4:30. They told us we would have to circle block and come back. They had to clear out lot first. It has already taken me 4 minutes in traffics to get there and to circle would have been 40 more minutes. We would have been late for graduation. Ridiculous!
