We could not get our ticket to scan. We had to call the help box, with a line of cars behind us. The first person we got could not understand us and we couldn't understand her so she hung up the call. The second person was helpful and knowledgeable but we had to give a lot of information before we could get out all with a growing line of cars behind us.
I wish I could give your place zero stars for the terrible service and customer service I received. Your system was down and I had a family emergency. I was parked for less than an hour and your customer held me up and refused to open the gate until he got my information, even though he let the 3 cars in front of me go. This experience has been disappointing to say the least.
