The gentlemen running the garage were professional and fast. It was very helpful to get directions to where we were going and I appreciate their helpfulness.

This is THE place to park for House of Blues. It literally in front of the main entrance. It's valet parking that is convenient and fast. Pre-pay and save!

Fast and friendly service, attendants waiting for us, brought the care to us in under a minute!
Easy, convenient, descent room, breakfast was out and ready for the early flights which was nice .
I was really concerned about using this app in downtown Chicago. I lived in Chicago for almost 4 years in the 2001-2005 era. I was worried about the app culture not applying to the downtown valet world. I dropped my car off and hoped it would be there 3 days later and it was. All worked out.

Chose this location at Chicago Marina Towers due to the convenience of being right across from where our company outing was. Upon arrival we found out it was valet only and the gentleman that came to the car spoke very little English and said it was valet only. I showed him my validation for parking and he kept saying valet only. My confirmation did not say anything about valet. After some back and forth he said he would take the car and gave us a ticket stub. After the outing I went to get my car and another gentleman came to me and I gave him my ticket stub. He said go over there to pay. I said I already have on the app. He didnt know what I was talking about about and said I needed to pay over at the little building. Again repeated I had already paid. Very surly he said follow me and we went to the little building where he talked to another employee and then retrieved my keys, asked to see my confirmation then said he would be right back with my car. He pointed and in a not very nice way said, wait over there. He pulled up got out of my car and walked away. Several points here. 1. Make sure the app says this location is valet and expect xyz. 2. Make sure the valet employees are aware people will pay in advance.

I was shocked at how fast I got my car. I paid in advance and things worked out great. So close to the Kinzie hotel. You saved me a lot of money.
Thanks

Needed last minute parking for dinner and show at House of Blues. Printed parking pass, was easy in/out with valet at Marina Towers. Will definitely use this again.

App could be better. Took multiple attempts to enter credit card info to be accepted. Then it would not accept promo code. Should be a much easier experience.
