Your convenience fee is absurd. It is nothing short of extortion. $2 for parking but an addition $.75 for "convenience"? Total garbage BS.

parking at 1810 W Peterson
I use the parking at 1810 W Peterson in Chicago. The scanning app is no longer working causing me delays in my commute. Once even the pay box failed. When I tried to call the help number to report the issues and pay over the phone I got no help. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Read Meter vs App details!
The meter states you need the space number and it’s $2.00 ALL day. Yet, the app you do or select a space and it charges you based upon the hours you put in. I put in 4 hours and had to pay another $2.00 when I wasn’t back.
Maybe I’ll put in 12 hours next time.
