The app was easy to find and buy a parking spot during the draft.

I'm so glad we booked online. We paid $25 and were right across the street from entrance 3. We passed lots charging $50 that were several blocks away.

Entrance was fine, needed some assistance from personnel due to QR code scanner. QR scanner worked fine leaving though. Good lighting and good parking. Height stated for vehicle max height is accurate. Close to restaurants and downtown attractions. Affordable and close to the highway. Easy getting to

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD EXCEPT GETTING OUT, THERE WAS 4 OF US WITH DIFFERENT VECHILES AND WE ALL HAD TO GET HELP[ BECAUSE SYSTEM WASNT WORNING RIGHT.

The site made it very easy to reserve prepaid parking.

I made an account and parked. That was extremely easy.
When I left however I couldn’t get back into my account to show the parking meter or parking employee.
He did eventually let me out, obviously.
But the getting back into your account was not a good and easy thing to do. I still can’t get into it.

It was very easy to make our reservation and the price to prepay was a great deal and worth booking in advance!

The bar code didn’t work. I called the attendant for getting in/out of the location.

The QR code didn't work and I need to pay again.

Do not recommend. Pre ordered parking for my daughter in downtown Detroit. QR code did not work. She had to pay for parking. Waiting for my refund now.

Your QR codes don't work at the garage. Had to pay twice and would not recommend prepaying to anyone

Reader didn't save my card number so I had to sit behind the gate for 20 minutes and made me late for an appointment

The things I like are that it's a convenient place to park. Easy in and out and has a great value. The part I don't like is the ability for the units to scan the QR code given when using both paper or mobile phone. I've had issues a few times where I was told by the customer service department to just press the help button. Be easier if it'd just scan the first time. Instead takes me 5 minutes just at the gate to get in.

The QR code scanned great! Super easy, and great knowing that parking was pre-purchased. The garage was clean, safe, and secure!

Purchased a parking pass two days prior to the date I needed parking. When I arrived the QR reader did not work. I had to use credit card to enter. Used the button for assistance. Explained to person I spoke to my situation. She informed me to use assistance button when I leave and explain situation again. When I left, I had to use credit card again. I guess I’ll be paying double. No reason to reserve parking in the future. Also will look for other parking.

Parking garage was easy in and out. Location was great.

The gate was not working at the garage on the way in. Security let us in. And wasn't working on the way out had to hit the support button on the gate. Overall good parking. Everything else was good

I’m not from Detroit, when i bought my parking pass it said nowhere on it or in the fine print that i could not come and go. When i left to go and eat my pass was declined when i returned.
This is very misleading to your customers that are not from the area.
