I should not have to jump through hoops…
I should not have to jump through hoops to pay for a one time one hour parking! Having to register and give you my email address etc is ridiculous.

Price posted is different than actual…
Price posted is different than actual charged. Says $4 plus taxes after 5 pm but was $4.99 plus taxes. For during the day, post said $10 plus taxes but was actually charged $12.99 plus taxes. Max 10 hours - could not extend if it’s within the same day.

Downtown Seattle off of John Street…
Downtown Seattle off of John Street apart for one hour service call. The app worked fine. I had to leave to go get material came back and could not get the app to work for another hour. Wouldn’t take any of my info kept going in circles finally said technical difficulties. I spent more time trying to figure out the app and I did on the job. POS and PIA
