I could not figure out how the system…
I could not figure out how the system operated. Then after one hour the app was asking me to pay the same amount again when I understood that the fee I had paid was for multiple hours.

I had difficulty with the app as a…
I had difficulty with the app as a senior. Was told by a guide who was going in to ask at the desk. I did that and a young well dressed man who works for the museum helped me. I was on a tour and put in 11.25 and the man said I can be there all day. Completed the transaction and a short time later received a text saying I need to put more money in. I again went to the desk and the same man reiterated I don’t have to put more money on the app. I can stay all day. When I left the museum I had a ticket. Went inside and spoke to a girl who said they often have the problem. She made a copy of the ticket and said she would send it to the director who will take care of this. I called the museum the next day spoke to the same girl who said she forwarded all the info to the director. I hope the museum takes care of this issue since this was clearly not my fault. There has to be better communication between the museum and the parking company.

You should have to enter your license plate twice asI entered it wrong, not realizing it and had a $35 ticket on my windshield when I returned to my car.

Unclear☹️
Unclear, difficult to read instructions.
Undue pressure to open an account and go through time-consuming useless step, when all I want to do is pay for parking, get out of the weather, and on to my event where people are waiting.

Horrible
Horrible. Worst parking app out there. Hard to navigate. Could not extend time and easily find functionality.

Happy
It's great to park at the venue instead of the street. I like the distance and safety of parking where I visit.

Parking was easy right beside venue
Parking was easy right beside venue! Not a 5 because the signage was not easily accessed from car as we drove in - a man was standing there telling us we could park and then we could deal with payment - that helped. Then I had to load an app and I lost ut and then had to redo… after scanning the box - it was just a little stressful - made me wish we just got a ticket upon entry and then pay as we left! But now we know so it’d be easier next time. Loved the idea of extending our parking from my phone if we wanted to stay longer and the reminder that time was almost up - that was great!

Really difficult to "decode" the system
I always tell myself that I am old and don't understand the "new fangled" technology. Maybe that's true, but I didn't find anything that seemed intuitive about this system. If a very kind person hadn't offered to help us, I would have turned around and gone home. This method is obviously secure. Nobody can figure it out.
The Newark Museum is an absolute jewel and merits being visited by as many people as possible. If you can't figure out how to pay for parking and have no employee available to help figure it out that's a non starter. Keep it simple people!
