This app is a bit glitchy. I tried to place an order multiple times and was never prompted to enter payment. I then emailed their customer service email box and they never replied. I will not be using this app or the website moving forward.

I park in the same place every time I…
I park in the same place every time I park. Why can't it remember where I've parked in the past. The fact that i have to hand key in the code for my lot nor does it come up on the App is so annoying

Horrible app do not use!
i used your app paid $4.50 but the kiosk is only $4 and got $40 ticket. this is a very difficult app to use and I'm extremely tech savvy, the previous parking app was better. zero stars in my book. I now go to the kiosk and buy a ticket.
