Paid $104 for the Peter Frampton show at the Masonic in SF. Bar code no good. Parking attendant said they never charge more than $50. Had to pay twice. Tried to call customer service only to be repeatedly cut off. They stole $104 from me. No way to get it back. Never again will I use this service.

Prepaid $70 online. Parking was not available upon arrival of 2nd show at Masonic and as a result had to drive in circles for 20+ minutes and was late!

Giving this 1 star for wasting my time where the top result in google for "SF Masonic Parking" is a test site. Seriously my dudes fix you SEO!

So the process actually deserves 5 stars. The issue was I bought parking for 6 hours near a restaurant we where going to dinner. When I got there they had an event going on and refused to let me use my prepaid parking and I had to pay again. They said to call and discuss getting a refund. So it cost me an additional $20 and I had to waste time calling for a refund. They were kind and within 10 minutes of effort I had my refund. Just very frustrating. My time is valuable too.

I intend to ask for a refund. What a scam. Pre-paying and then arriving to find that your spot has not been reserved is deceitful and should not be allowed. I saw at least a dozen cars in my same position, being turned away even though they had paid in advance. If you know how many customers have pre-paid, why not block off those spots? Fraud plain and simple.

Was charged 3 times for one parking pass. Called them several times to get a refund. Never called me back.
Prepaid for parking and it made it much easier to go to SanFrancisco and not worry about where we would park. Nice clean lot with plenty of spaces and signs so we would know how to get where we were going and how to get back to our car. I’d definitely use this again.

We had difficulty determining the proper area to park. Signs directing us to available spaces were not clear. Elevators to street level were also unclear. Since we prepaid for parking, learning how to use the receipt to enter the facility, also was not clear. Finally, on leaving the receipt would not open the "gate". A service had to do that for us.
I scanned the code to get in and out of Nob Hill Masonic Parking Garage and both scans did not work. I talked to the attendant and it seems that parking.com has not been set up properly for this lot. Luckily the attendant was kind to let me pass both times.

Got in quickly but most importantly got out quickly as well...easy access, no problems finding a spot...
Shop around and you'll probably find a better price then just taking the 1st one that you see.
I paid online at Parking.com for parking at the Masonic Auditorium, however when I tried to present the coupon supplied by you (I had put it into my Apple Wallet), the machine at the parking structure could read the coupon but would not accept it for payment. I had to pay by credit card to get out of the parking structure, so I ended up paying twice for parking.
I won't be using your online service again.
Fantastic way to book parking in San Francisco.
Friendly and helpful staff.
I had a 8+ hour booking. I reached a few minutes before the registered time but for such a long booking, the rates don't change if you add a few minutes.
When I wasn't able to scan the QR code at the gate, they helped me both for entering and later on, when exiting.
Everything was easy from start to finish. It could have not been easier. Plus not having to look for a parking space.
A little confusing on knowing where to park exactly but once I found the parking attendant they assured me it was fine. Even though I got there early and my concert got out later than the allotted time frame I had reserved I didn’t have any trouble. I will definitely use this service again!
