Zero stars!! Ticket machine issues, bad customer service and over charged.e
When exiting the garage the machine messed up, did not open the gate and ate my ticket. The persons on the speaker were less than helpful. I could barely understand them as the microphone kept cutting out. I was held there for 15-20 minutes and in stead of my $6 parking I ended up having to pay $13.99 to get out of there. This was because the an error that was not my mistake. If zero stars was an option, that is what I would have given.

Code reader couldn’t see my phone
Hard to give an actual review.. I purchased a day pass. But the scanner couldn’t read the bar code on my phone. So i has to leave and park elsewhere

JUNK! Paid for parking. Used my phone, parking garage read my ticket. Let me in for early bird special. Which I paid for, upon exiting I had to pay again because it wouldn't read the QR code. Which the price was more than double for not having a valid ticket. Absolute Trash!

Doesn't work.
The qrc code worked to let me in and did not work on the way out. This also happened to the person that was in line in front of me. They should make sure the equipment works.
