Parking attendant asked me to pay upon…
Parking attendant asked me to pay upon leaving, even though I had already done so online. Glad I was able to bring up the receipt. He finally let me out but acted like he was doing me a favor.

Barcode doesn't show up
Whenever reserved using the app, the barcode/qrcode doesn't show up. Every time have to call the agent when exiting which is really a pain.

Way too much hassle.
Went online and paid for a block of time. What could go wrong? Easy peasy right?!! NOT...Got to the garage and pulled up my email ticket receipt prepared to scan it. Clicked on "view parking pass" and there was no where to scan...no QR code, nothing. The parking attendant there that I summoned said that the parking lot that I purchased the pass for "didn't have passes" and told me to pull a ticket which I did. Having still paid for the pass I called customer service and the on-call attendant was helpful and friendly. He said that when I left the garage to push the help button and tell whoever answered about the issue. When I left, the intercom attendant opened the gate for me after I explained what the issue was and ultimately I got out of the garage. Overall, too much hassle for something that is supposed to be easy and convenient.

Booking was fine but reservatio and app did not create a scable barcode to enter and leave the garage. I had to call at the exit and read off ticket number, reservation number, my contact info etc - really defeated the purpose to book ahead of time. Parking.com is supposedly run by and for sp+ who operates the garage so it really did not make sense
