Likely will park elsewhere for future trips. The parking garage address was incorrect. It was the address is for a parking admin building. After a number of directions from helpful parking staff made it to the garage. The garage was barricaded and full. After discussion with the staff they finally let me in with the pass. They told me there was supposed to be a barcode, but none was provided in email or the link. The reserved space was not available. Found a spot and went on trip. Upon exit, still no barcode...and the ticket charge at the kiosk was $100; Parking.com charged $167 to park. A $67 rip off for a hassle.
overcharged
The exiting process was not great. The staff asked for additional payment and the full ticket price was incorrect compared to the reserved cost.
Refund Request
Need to request a refund - was not able to park in this location. Address was added in to Google maps, and the directions took me in to Parking Lot D, Terminal 5. Parked in this lot during my trip, and when I returned I ended up having to pay an additional $150 in order to get my car out of the lot. The cashier would not transfer my prepay amount to this lot.

Not able to properly review at this time.
Nothing went wrong, but there wasn't a choice of will review later! So far, all I've done is to make a reservation. That went very well, but until I actually complete my use of the service, I can't give a proper review.

Service desk was helpful
I had a reservation and prepaid
I had a reservation and prepaid. When leaving they wanted to charge me again. After showing the attendant i had a reservation and pulling up my bank information, she made a phone call. 20min later i was allowed to leave. No apologies from anyone.

I spent 19.40 on a 6 dollar parking! SCAM!
I spent 19.40 on a two hour reserved parking in ORD SP+ parking lot using parking.com. But when I tried to get out, I realized the actual price for two hour is only 6 if you pay in person at the station. What a scam and the parking.com dare ask for my review today. S that's what you got, parking.com, your greedy thief.

Easy and Convenient.
Certainly liked the convenience of reserving a parking spot and the close access to the main building. Don’t normally drive to the airport but thought we would try it since the trip was a short one. That said this would only be an emergency option since if your trip is any longer than three days a private car service is less expensive. Easy to use even for an old guy like me.

I cut my trip 1 day short and wasnt reimbursed for the day. I will not be using this company any longer. Company said they don’t have a way to reimburse.

Parking pass didn't work on my way out of the garage so I was forced to pay in full at the gate, which was cheaper than what i was charged for my Parking.com pass. I reached out to Parking.com for a refund 5 days ago and have yet to hear back.

I spent an hour to look for where the parking was. The location was not described in the email and almost missed my flight.
I was not able to park in reserve…
I was not able to park in reserve parking even though I paid for it!
When I arrived at O'Hare, the parking ramp to level 4 was closed - gate sign said 'reserved parking full'.
Forced me to drive all the way to the sixth level and I parked in a random spot. Very disappointing. I did take the elevator to the fourth level to access terminal one to check my bags- and I did see SEVERAL open reserved parking spots on level 4.
I paid 189$ for a reserved spot and did not use it. Cost of using the sixth level open spot would have been 129$.

Very convenient
Very convenient. I felt safe. Only issue was checking out. I pre paid. The app tells you to print a copy for the attendant. But there was no bar code etc. they need to upgrade that part of the process. Otherwise pretty seemless

Car still on parking but ….
Car still on parking, but I can already tell that the system is really unclear, don’t even know if I would be able to get out of the parking tomorrow morning
Difficulty checking out of the airport
Reserved a parking spot before arriving however you have to pull a ticket when entering. Asked a attendant before finishing parking and was assured that to just show receipt and the ticket when leaving and I should be fine. When leaving I showed the receipt on my phone and gave the ticket and the attendant said it wasn’t valid. They asked another person and they said the same and finally after 15 minutes and a third person reviewing they said it was valid and let me through. If I didn’t show them the printed receipt I don’t think they would have accepted showing the receipt on my phone. Will just pull a ticket next time parking at the airport.
