Over charge

Usually I don’t have an issue with using this parking garage, but last week I paid 10+ to park for an hour and a half. Cool. I had to leave and come back and when I came back I was only there for 20 minutes and it still charged me 10+ for parking. That is complete nonsense. I’ll be choosing a different structure even if it’s farther!!!

Fee was excessive. Parked for 1 hour and 15mins and it was more than $10 should have parked on the street where it is free after 6pm

It didn’t log me leaving the parking lot at 2pm on 4May. I tried to go into the account and end the parking session, but there’s no way to do that. then I got an alert the next morning saying it had been 24 hours and was charged $27. It was the only place to park, so I had to park there again Sunday, and luckily it worked normally and I got an alert when I left.

Stop false advertising the signs said $1 and hour I was only there for 2 1/2 hours and got charged almost $12!!!!

Easy access and payment. Seamless. Will use again!

This was one of the worst parking experiences I have had in Alb. You need to hire a parking attendant, Your directions were very unclear, hard to pay and almost impossible for those of us that don't want anyone to have all of the info. on your records. At one point, I got a message. stating my vehicle was invalid. Having to dispute many parking tickets given to many people using your garage, was very unfair too.

Not impressed with the setup. It took me 12 minutes to find to sign with the QR code and sign in. It was easier the other way, get your ticket on the way and pay on the way out. I will not be parking there much due to inconvenience.

The QR code payment method is a pain to use.

Service fee was almost as much as parking, what a rip-off.

No signage that says parking is $10. No way to contact customer service. Fraud.

I like the app in my phone to pay the parking, made it very easy!

The garage didn’t turn off the meter as I left. I had to circle back a couple times and it never stopped. I had a very hard time finding a customer service number as it was not present on your website, nor was there a drop down menu help tab to address this problem. The website was trash and the whole experience was terrible.

The system failed to read my license plate when I left. No response from the company when reaching out to them at published contact information, so I don't know how to pay or tell them to stop the parking clock on my account. Very poor service, and I won't park here again.
