The parking part was fine but then we were charged $42.50 for parking a week later when we weren't there. we did contact them and they refunded it. just strange why we were charged.

Difficult to use
Difficult to use. QR code not initially read by my phone. This caused a 5-minute delay at the gate. Unacceptable, And no way to pay with a credit or debit card at this parking lot. Not good.

I forgot my ticket inside the car
The experience with this company, at least in the parking that I used was really good, even I forgot to take with me my receipt with the QR code and they are really easy to call in the same parking and they verified me as a costumer and help me to get to the parking. The only bad thing for me is the spacing between cars, it's really to short for me and my experience parking cars....

I am so disappointed of this parking…
I am so disappointed of this parking service - I booked in advance and paid 90$. The next day, when we tried to go out, the machine did not recognize our scancode and we had to pay an additional 45$ (for which we already paid 90$). There was no one that could help us and we ended with 115$ of parking fees for not even 2 days and no one to reimburse us. I won't recommend at all!
