If I could give this lot zero or negative stars I would! If you are a woman parking alone, NEVER, NEVER go into this creepy place.
I regularly drive downtown for business and use any number of parking lots, but I'd had no experience with this one until last Sunday, 04/12/26.
I used the Lyric Opera discounted parking link to prepay parking for a Sunday matinee performance. I had my receipt and confirmation.
This lot was creepily empty when I entered. There is no counter, office, or attendant. It is very poorly lit, there is no daylight. The ramp is a steep corkscrew. There were almost no cars here. Not a sound. No voices. No footsteps.
I parked and ran to the elevator. I just wanted to get out.
When I returned and tried to exit, the gate wouldn't open even though I scanned my receipt.
There was a sign with instructions to send a text if the gate didn't open. No response to my text.
I backed up and tried the second exit lane. The gate didn't open. Here there was a phone number which I called and waited my turn. Someone named Mark did finally answer and he opened the gate.
YOU COULD NOT PAY ME to ever go into this hell hole again. STAY OUT!
DO NOT PARK HERE
DO NOT PARK HERE! Entrance ramp is made for a stunt driver-steep, narrow with a sharp turn. Add to that a guard rail that is below the line of sight on the passenger side. The guard rail scraped the entire side of my car, nearly ripping off the bumper. 5k damage and management company says too bad. No warning signs or mirrors to help. Avoid this!!

Paid for parking and the gate wouldn't let me in. E-mailed the parking app the next morning (May 5th) and have heard nothing yet.
Great experience
Great experience. I’ve been able to get great prices by making a parking reservation in advance.

It's a clean garage and elevators. They also didn't ding me for going 10 min over my prepaid 2 hour limit which I thought was fair. Although getting from the 10th level to the ground definitely takes longer than most garages because the footprint at 224 Clark is smaller but more turns to get to the ground level.

We are from out of town visiting our son. The parking garage was part of his apartment building so it was safe and convenient. There was not many non reserved spots but we did find one.
Great Experience
I needed to park my car downtown for a couple of nights during a family reunion, and parking.com worked out great. I had no trouble locating or entering the garage, and after driving up several floors I found a space. The barcode worked fine getting in and out. The cost was much lower than other options nearby.
I love Parking.com
I love Parking.com. I usually find better deals than their competitor service, and of course, it’s always cheaper than paying at the garage or lot.
Good place to park
Good place to park, just be careful with the crack heads shooting up and smoking crack in the lobby.
Worked out
Place was great, but name did not match the title on the building, so hard to find, parking spot was also hard to find, and small. They did ignore a 10 minute delay beyond parking reservation, that was very good

Have been using this parking a lot…
Have been using this parking a lot recently. Booked on line and the price was always $12.99 for 12 hrs weekend or weekday parking comparing with over $30 and more as drive up price in this and other locations. Easy access from Clark the street. QR code works usually ok, sometimes it is a matter of moving the phone and a few trials until it works but no issues. The drive up is a little steep and bendy but ok for suv cars too. On the first few floors there are many spaces reserved and not for public but always found spaces on the 8th floor. Great parking Down Town with very reasonable prices if booked on lie
