Prepaid Parking
I prepaid for parking, but when I arrived no one was there to scan my qr code.
I waited for 10 mins and was almost late for my show.
I will not recommend prepayment for this parking garage.

Lack of Information & No Access to Vehicle
There was no information available that the garage would not let me access my car once it was parked. I had a job interview that I was in DC for, but I had to run an errand for the interview first. Then, I needed to place my things in the car. The garage informed me that I would not be able to put a bag in my vehicle once it was parked, and they couldn't offer a refund.
