Parking was good. Qr codes easily located. When trying to put information in it ask for a five digit code on the QR code nearest you. Unable to find a five digit code.

TOA’s garage at 8 One City…

I park at TOA’s garage at 8 One City Blvd. and unavoidably have started getting communications as soon as I enter garage (it’s a little too high tech/big brother-ish for me TBH) I am not sure I would miss nd it so badly if the QR code system worked-better, but due to it being a sub-level garage the cell reception is very poor so trying to register that I parked there going in is cumbersome/buggy. Further, I don’t even remember linking service to my Venmo (I guess I was in hurry?) but it is linked and I certainly would not have made that an ongoing permission had I understood at the time that this info was being stored—as I do not anticipate ever having to pay for parking here as it is a doctor’s office visit. Handy tech but poorly thought-out and overtly invasive in my opinion.

disgusting

this used to be a free parking spot and it’s despicable and shameful to charge for something like this.

I am an older non-tech person. I had to catch someone in the parking garage had time to help me because I didn’t know what to do on my phone with the emblem that was displayed in the garage. And I still didn’t know if I had some thing to pay to someone for parking or not, figuring all this out also cause me to be late for my appointment, but I was afraid my car would be towed away if I didn’t do what I was supposed to do there.

Had Dr appointment at Toa

How a Dr appointment at Toa. Charging $55 is ridiculous. I wasn’t told there was a charge. Email your company about this due to Dr office said I didn’t have to pay since I was seeing one there Dr for my broken elbow. And to email you with no response.

You make it difficult for the elderly patients at the Orthopedic office who are not tech saavy to use your QR code. Then it takes a long time to enter ALL the information needed. People need to get to their appointments on time. The old ticket method makes much more sense for an MD office.

The mobile app is difficult to use

The mobile app is difficult to use. And you should have an option to reduce the amount of time selected. I paid for 5 hours when all I needed was 1 hour because the doctor changed my appointment.
