Over priced and horrible service
Horrible service. Overpriced. They take advantage of you at every parking venue. Definitely recommend you stay CLEAR from this service. Despicable how they treat people.

Buggy site and rude employees
Their site wasn’t working (I tried multiple times with two different cards) and they had no solution except for me trying every single type of card possible. Just tried to gaslight me and say their system was working and it was my card (my card worked everywhere else) and I was trying to get out of paying. Big yikes considering I emailed them trying to pay. I had to borrow an American Express card from someone else to get it to work.

$16 for 1 Hour!
It was very expensive. $16 for one hour parking in Germantown (not downtown) on a Tuesday at 5pm. This is not a busy time for the area, as there was no baseball game & no events that night.

Expensive night
I should have gotten event parking but something went wrong and I had to enter hours. I paid $20 for 2 hrs and an additional $20 for 1 hr. Every expensive night!
