Bad business model

Convenient and Affordable
Parking was very easy. Scan, enter your card info, and go. If you need to extend your time you can do that without going back to where you're parked. They'll send you a text asking to extend your stay. Not to mention that the parking was actually affordable for Nashville - $8/hr!!

Never got a receipt for the parking
Never got a receipt for the parking. So I thought it didn’t go thru and put in my credit card again. Never got a receipt for that either. But my credit card bill has two charges— so I double paid.

Made it quick and easy to pay for parking. I only wish there had been a way to go back in to extend my time. If there was, we couldn’t find where to do that. When you are in a place like Nashville you don’t realize how much time you need until you get there.
