The app wasn’t working well

Not a great experience with this parking spot. The signage was unclear and confusing, making it difficult to figure out if I was even in the right place. The app was slow and glitchy — it took forever to load and didn’t display the correct pricing, which was frustrating. On top of that, the area didn’t feel very safe or well-maintained. Wouldn’t recommend unless absolutely necessary.

You can not change your licence plate in the app after purchase or cancel and resubmit. I got a ticket as I have two cars and it picked the last one that was in the lot. I went to amend it and you can not, tried to cancel but since the session started it is not possible. Now I have to contact the city to address the ticket. Despite trying to call, send an email and attempting to edit online. If the app could be amended to allow someone to change the license plate it would be better.

Truly great customer service. I had an issue with the exit time that I entered on the app. I was pleasantly surprised when I called the company and they were so accommodating. They went above and beyond to resolve the issue.

Quick and easy access and paying method.

As we move to digital payment methods to pay for parking we also seem to move towards additional fees. The stated parking cost on the sign was $19 and did not include the service fee. While not a lot of money the service fee is due to digital payment. However there is no booth or attendant so the only option is to pay digitally, making the sign incorrect as the price is not $19. The user experience was relatively smooth but far from perfect, taking a few attempts to process a simple transaction. The parking lot conditions were fair at best but priced at the same rate as nearby monitored parking garages. I will avoid this lot and any others using Parking.com if I can in the future.

Worked like a charm. It was a little confusing to know if I needed to "check in" at the lot meter or if I was all set to go after I paid online.

Super good parking place, central of downtown and called customer service, rep answered within 1minute!!! Super nice and gave clear instructions :) Definitely coming back when visiting Ottawa again

I paid for 45 minutes and it was crazy expensive and got notified that time was up almost right away

I was charged double what the posted sign said. I didn't notice until I was leaving so at that point it was too late. But yeah just felt like a scam. Would never use one of these lots again

Even though I paid the full amount I couldn’t add extra time and had to pay again. My mistake but not cool not being able to top up the time when I’ve paid the full amount already.
