Dangerous grassy area
Parking was great…but the grassy area that we had to cross to get to the ballpark had sharp metal pipes/wires that could have cut someone. We avoided that area completely after dark (when returning to our vehicle).

Price gouging at its finest!
I’ve lived in Nashville for a long time. Never have I paid $75 to park anywhere. Not to mention the 1.50 processing fee they tacked on as well to make it more ridiculous. It was a vacant lot under the Jefferson street bridge and the lot was littered with trash. No lighting, and one person waving people into the lot. Do better! There’s a lot of people struggling to make it these days… to charge that much for parking is robbery!

Posted as $10 for 2 hours. Scanned the QR code, enter my info and credit card info and was going to be charged $36 for under 2 hours. There were no other parking options and NO contact number to speak or contact a customer service person to resolve, either before or after. I'll avoid parking.com in the future.

The system when I added all my information, in the part that goes to the plate, I got my mobile phone number and they gave me a ticket and I innocently paid for my parking hours. I know it was my mistake not to verify all the information because according to everything it was correct, this happened on a Saturday dated 12/02/2023
