When I arrived, the parking lot was right where I expected it to be—a truly remarkable first impression. The asphalt? Flat. The lines? Painted. The parking spaces? Spacious enough to accommodate... See more

Not helpful if you miss a step. Missed the province and it just would not continue. No indication of why. Maybe next time it will be easier.

Infuriatingly time consuming 🤬

Infuriatingly time consuming each and every time! Terrible user experience.
The whole point of parking close to the lodge is to save time/effort and get up the mountain more quickly. Paying for parking using parking.com was slow, clunky & inefficient, taking minimum 10 minutes, sometimes 20 if there was no attendant nearby. You have to enter license plate number, phone number, email address, card number, expiry date, cvc and postal code EVERY TIME! Even though I always clicked the button to save my information for quicker checkout next time. Never worked. Then there are 18 images to click through to verify that you’re a human. All this when it’s potentially very cold, snowing and you’ve got your all ski equipment in tow. Then, if your a pass holder, you have to find an attendant to scan a QR code for your discount. Once had to go all the way into guest services. Ridiculous! 🙄
Previous years there was an attendant with a Square terminal and payment took all of 5 seconds.

Brutal!!

We literally got back to the car 5 minutes after our time expired and there was a ticket. They must have stood next to our car salivating at ticketing us. Brutal after an expensive day on the mountain.

Cypress Mountain, price gouge and horrible service

This is for parking at Cypress Moutain Resort. It's an atrocious system that has changed through the season, without warning to customers and where the parking attendants don't know what is happening. All staff give a different answer each time I visit and it's absurd that they change the prices of the lots through the season, and the layout just to gouge customers more. On top of it, there is a convoluted system where we need to get a QR code each time to get a "discount" if we have a certain kind of pass.

This is the very worst parking app!

This is the very worst parking app I have ever seen. It rarely works, you think you are signed in and you aren't. It is difficult to navigate and not user friendly at all. Even if you ask the app or on a the browser version to reset your password it hangs. Worst ever! Dont use it.

Hostage Experience - Blink Twice for Help

Terrible website. Get an app. Or just use one of the dozen or so other parking apps in Vancouver. Tried to pay but the overbearing Captcha wasn’t having it. Multiple browsers. Same result. Tried the ‘sms this number’ approach with the QR code. That just redirects you to the aforementioned garbage website. If you enjoy spending 20 minutes trying to troubleshoot a half-baked website in order to pay someone money than this is the site for you!

Payment didn’t go through until well after my expired time for parking and ended up getting a ticket my card has never had troubles and guess what paying the ticket it went through right away what a joke! Luckily cypress was nice enough to look into it and said they would give me a refund for the ticket.
