The instructions at the lot were not clear on how to use the prepaid reservation. The instructions only said how to purchase a spot, so I ended up having to pay twice.

Parking time vs time parked is inexpensive
The ease of parking, registering your car and payment
Paid correctly and still received a ticket.
I parked appropriately, paid via the posted QR code, assumed I was good to go and returned to my car having still received a parking ticket. Upon reviewing the infraction it was due to the parking attendant listing the incorrect license plate number, it wasn't even remotely close. The plate on my car was clearly visible in the photo but listed incorrect on the ticket. I did not appreciate having to spend well over an hour going through the dispute process over something that was not my mistake. In the end it was voided, however, if you're going to give someone a $223 ticket you should probably at least ensure its done correctly.
RIP OFF- BEWARE- Uber is cheaper
Should be ZERO STARS! This is the second time I have had issues signing in. This time there were four of us trying to make it work. After 20 min, I got it to work only to discover (after I got home) that it was the license plate of my old car- even though I entered the correct one. I called and straightened it out but if I didn’t notice I would have been charged your ridiculous charges. On another occasion AFTER calling because the app didn’t work yet again… by the way spending my dinner time trying to straighten it out… I was charged $140 because they said I was 15 min late. Oh but it was reduced to $80. I will NEVER EVER use Parking.com again. This is the second night out ruined because your app DOES NOT WORK and then I have to pay your rip off, greed-ridden fees.

I had to add my credit card several times before I could get it to take. I had to eventually not use the link that was provided, but go through the website. Which I guess, is not that big of a deal, but I stood there for 30 minutes trying to figure it out.
Just please make sure links and arrays are working properly.

Unhappy one time customer
Getting signed into a spot was very time consuming. I didn’t realize that I had to return to my car in less than the time I rented, and because a was a few minutes late I got a $50 fine. Will never use again if I have another choice, and will not recommend !!!
Easy to use
Easy to use
Easy to use and prompt text messaging about my time ending so that I could extend it. Also, not a bad price for the event on a Friday night.
The parking lot’s condition was atrocious
The parking lot’s condition was atrocious. uneven, ridden with potholes & a lack of visible parking lines. Not to mention it’s already atrocious that parking had to be paid for to begin with but the fact that we pay YOU to park & you can’t even manage to have adequate parking is absolutely laughable.

It was easy and pretty quick. Would've been nice if it was a little more enclosed. It was windy and freezing outside.

Perfect parking for City Winery
Pretty empty lot with texts sent to your mobile when your time comes close to ending in case you want to pay for more time.

Mind numbingly complex
It used to take 2-3 minutes to pay for parking at this lot. Now it’s ridiculously complicated to have to scan a QR code, fill out a whole lot of unnecessary information, and then enter your credit card. Heck, your app doesn’t even recognize Applepay which would make this a whole lot easier. Other companies have made parking a snap. You drive in, you get a text that your car is recognized, you drive out and you are automatically charged. Get with the 21 century folks!
Every time I have gone to City Winery
Every time I have gone to City Winery, I have trouble getting this payment system to work. 4 times with 3 different cards before it works. Keep getting a message saying "an internal error has occurred". Every time I go to the lot, I dread the stupid parking.com system. I am not the only one. Many people were having the same issue, and I spoke with a group of people walking from across the street, and they said they now park somewhere else and walk because the system continuously sucks. I did notice that the parking lot was not very full for 2 sold out shows. Seems many are parking somewhere else.
I don't like having to use my cell…
I don't like having to use my cell phone to pay for parking..I am not crazy about barcodes.. then I was not able to change the license plate number so I got a ticket. Then I couldn't tell the the email or text that it was the wrong license plate because they were do not reply. It took 2 or 3 tries before I was able to get the ticket dropped. I would rather use a parking lot that gives you a receipt to put on the dash instead of this system.

horrible data entry for license plates
data entry of info on my phone at the lot was awful. the field for entering your license plate is pre-filled with an example and greyed out vs it being a blank required field.
As I was quickly entering my info, I didn't even see the license plate field and only noticed after I got the confirmation of payment that a bogus plate was associated. I had to go through it again - paying double - as their policy is you can only update license plate numbers prior to the parking time!
This is ridiculous policy. Either make the data entry blank and mandatory so it doesn't cause errors or give the option to correct.
Help for the technologically impaired
For those who don't know anything about modern technology it was difficult arranging payment. We had to ask a passerby how to scan and pay.
