Find street parking instead..
The process to exit the garage was ridiculously difficult. The door wouldn't open. Had to back up and let the car behind me go. Still wouldn't work when I tried again. Do not recommend using this garage. I assumed I would also get free parking since I spent 200 on the hotel room that night. Also I paid for parking and it only gave me until midnight and asked for me to pay for a second day.

I wasn't suppose to be charged/No help or communication
I wasn't suppose to be charged. The hotel charged me for the stay and I called to resolve this issue and was told to e-mail my information date/times/amounts and would hear something back 24-48 hours.... That was over a week ago. Nothing and no response.

I stayed at the homewood suites and…
I stayed at the homewood suites and used the parking lot. I was supposed to be charged $20 total for 2 days. I got charged for a 3rd day plus a little more.

Unsecured underground parking
Garage is underground in a part of Salt Lake overrun with street people. The entry and exit doors were inoperable the whole stay, giving free access to anyone desiring to walk in. I had a car vandalized there 5 years ago. No security in place now. Charged $30 for secure parking, would expect a refund. Hotel staff unhelpful.

The hotel says it’s a per day charge with in and out privileges. The parking service does not acknowledge that and charges you every time you leave the garage.

Today every business has some sort of app feature which is convenient. But what made this business exceptional is the live customer service. I called the number, it was late, and someone answered and took care of my issue remotely in seconds. Far too often you call a Customer Service Dept and they are reading from a script and really don't understand the product they are representing. These guys got down! Technically savvy, communicates well, with one goal, quick and happy resolution! Also you can operate all the features through text, so you dont need to download any apps!
