We had validated parking and also paid through the app only to receive a ticket despite having paid. This company is a joke.

You had a sign in front of the lot saying $10 parking and it was $42 when it was all said and done. Very dishonest advertising.

Very Nice and Easy
Debt by deception
I did not see any sign saying stating that you charge $30 plus dollars. I only saw $10.99 for parking. You suck and guilty of debt by deception.
Sincerely,
Eric King

Awful Service
As I went to the symphony for a show on 6/15 I paid for 2 hours of parking. The show was longer than expected, but because I had no service in the building I was unable to extend my parking. I came out to a ticket of $99 when I was only over about an hour. The hourly rate was all of $7 which I had no problem paying. I attempted to dispute the ticket and plead my case with receipt evidence, all I was offered was a discount to pay $50 instead, and the representative wasn’t helpful nor understanding. If I could give the company zero stars I would.
