Takes forever standing there filling out all the paperwork on line.
Why not connect to PayPal or Venmo for one touch speedy check in.

I was charged for what was supposed to…
I was charged for what was supposed to be one flat rate, but 3 hours into my 4 hour time slot, I was prompted to pay for another time a lot. Out of fear that I would be fined, I paid another $21 for another 2 hours. So for a 4 hour night, I paid $40 for parking which is absolutely ridiculous.

Parking was used by sketchy individuals…
Parking was used by sketchy individuals sitting in their cars to do whatever they were doing. The gates close and the small gate needs a fob. This left us stranded with our car locked inside a yard with us needing to go. We paid up to mid day but the gates was closed at 10am when we needed to go. Caused us a lot of stress and a bad NY experience.
