Everything was fine except when I printed my voucher it had no QR to be scanned. The instructions made it seem like we needed one. I called the 1st number on the website and got some poor guy's cell phone (said he asked you to correct that and you haven't). The 2nd number worked and I learned I didn't need a QR, so all was well

Good lot
Parking spot are not cramped, due to road work was little trouble getting in/out. had payment issue (my fault) but they resolved it very quickly.

difficult
I rarely park in pay parking lots. Your directions seem to change every time I use one. These directions were
difficult for me to follow and record the necessary information. I am elderly and have low vision. If it had not been for a helpful young man, I would not have been able to attend the program I wanted to hear.

When I got to the parking lot the machine where you pay wasn't working, so I went online on their website and look for the address and paid, well still got a boot on my car, was told that I chose a different parking lot.. just got scammed I think.

No access
Accessing the parking was quite difficult. We arrived shortly after the gates had closed and when we called the number on the sign we didn’t receive an answer. After around 20-30 minutes we were able to sneak in with the help of a hotel valet. The customer service rep from parking.com was very helpful in the process but accessing the lot was difficult.
