I have called 6 times about a parking…
I have called 6 times about a parking violation and left messages and no one will return the call. I have a disability I would like to explain that affects me using your website. I Am very disappointed on the way you are handling my calls. BYW i stall haven’t traced a call back. If there was any other place to park I would surely not be using you.

I received a ticket for parking in excess of 2 hours however I did not park longer than 2 hours. There is no time stamp for the photographs attached to the notice and no clear/user friendly appeal process. Fortunately the shop I had been visiting took care of the ticket when I could not.
