Annoying to have to pay to park when I was at the hotel for a seminar.
they double charged me
they double charged me. 1st time I only tried to paid for 30 minutes but when I reach back home in Canada and checked my bank account, I was charged full day instead of 30 minutes charged. Without knowing, they charged me full day instead 30 minutes. I paid for full day when I returned back same day after my day trip. Couldn't find any contact info to claim it back

I relied on the license plate number on the Rental Car company's key tag, which turns out was inaccurate. I noticed the error within 20 minutes of a 24 hour reservation and tried to correct it with the note that once your session had started, no changes or corrections could be made.
Trash was left on my car
Trash was left on my car, wasn't in a garage which i thought and paid to have items left on my car and had to get washed.
He was outstanding. Explained everything clearly and was very helpful.
At reception. The gentleman checking me is was very helpful and explained the process and amenities very well. The parking was clean safe and very easy to use.

I was charged for 3 nights of parking when I only stayed for two at the Springhill Suites O'Hare Chicago. The Front Desk people wouldn't help me with the app and it charged me double!

Parking was easy and accessible. Cost is a bit pricey but I suppose that is an average cost in Chicago. Being from out of state, I wasn’t used to that.
