Very difficult to figure out the parking registration instructions after scamming the QT code. When do I register? Just as I arrive or when I leave?
Signage is confusing. It says scan to extend parking beyond 3 hours. So when I ended up running long and left at 3.5 hours, I attempted to pay for the additional time. It would only start the parking... See more

Not convenient for me
I'm just one of those OLD people who don't carry my credit card on my phone, so it was a pain to pay this way. ALSO, my card has not yet been debited for this silly $2.99. It was my niece's car and I don't want her to get in trouble for non-payment. Please work that out, okay? Thanks.
Very unclear in how to work the timer
Very unclear in how to work the timer. I have used lots of pay to park apps that are very clear but this one was absolutely horrific. Never was clear if I actually ended my parking or not? I wasn’t given any notification or anything and there were no “end” buttons, just “extend.” Would not recommend.

It was pretty easy to reserve a parking space and pay for it. They emailed me a QR code, which I used at the airport.

I was not in your parking area on the date, I was in Prescott Arizona. Someone used my credit card, email address and telephone number, check the plate on the car it is not my vehicle. I have had to call my credit card account and cancel the transaction. It has been a waist of time. I called your security person and they said that they would call back. They did not and would not answer the telephone WHEN I CALLED BACK. I thank that they were in on this transaction. Unhappy card holder. Someone pulled a FREE PARKING fee parking on you!
Very difficult
Very difficult to enter time I was parked. In fact, I will avoid Stanley Market because of the parking system
Terrible
Need better instructions!
There is nothing on the signage explaing that you scan and pay as soon as you park regardless of if you will only be there during the "free" window. It took 10 minutes to figure out how to pay and then I had to call customer service for support anyway.
Once I figured out how to use this
Once I figured out how to use this, it was fine. I couldn’t get things going with the QR and then went to text messaging. I had some frustration for a few minutes, but it all worked out. Sometimes I prefer the old fashioned ticket method.
Signage is confusing
Signage is confusing. It says scan to extend parking beyond 3 hours. So when I ended up running long and left at 3.5 hours, I attempted to pay for the additional time. It would only start the parking time when I logged in to pay, so even though I put in all my info and credit card to pay, it didn’t charge me. I couldn’t figure out a way to back the start time up in order to get it to charge me, so I’m sure I’ll be getting something in the mail. They need further education that you need to log in and put your info in right when you get there, and it will only charge you if you’re over 3 hours. You can’t pay upon leaving.
Poor signage.

Unsafe interface, incorrect instructions, cumbersome
The interface at the kiosk did not include a credit card scanner. I had to enter my credit card number manually while people standing behind me could watch me enter my full credit card number, exp date, and even CVV code. The interface also stated that I need to "place the receipt on my car's dashboard" but the kiosk did not have a printer. Everything was poorly thought out and clearly not beta tested before being put into service. Come on guys, think!
Not a real user friendly
Not a real user friendly. Hard to determine when I was supposed to set when I arrived vs departing.
App was easy, directions at lot poor
App was easy to use. HOWEVER “directions” at Stanley Marketplace VERY confusing. Says “three hours free, pay after three hrs”. First, how do you know how long you’re going to stay? There are no directions that state to start the parking fee process when you enter the lot. So: Then when we did stay longer than three hours, when I went to pay there was no place to choose when I actually entered the lot four hours earlier. I ended up choosing the time we left as “entry” time and then it added three hours to that. Very very confusing.
