We were told we would get a refund because the lot was opened for free parking less than 15 minutes after we paid for it. The attendant said we would get a refund but we have not.

Signs in lot were misleading, had to pay over $60 just to pick up our children from ski lessons, what is the point of asking how long you're parking during check-out process? Website loading for check out was incredibly slow as well. Never again.
