Nice but needs work
+. The QR dot worked well and the app was easy enough although my autofill could not do its thing.
- After my successful park I could not add time or locate my vehicle using your app so that hurt. Also availability was not shown so I could not figure out which lot to drive to. Finally the ppl was not shown until I was deep in the booking process

Wrong address on email receipt..
Wrong address on email receipt... Couldn't find my vehicle and had to pay $80 for a taxi home... Vehicle was locked in the garage when we found it the next day and had to contact security to open for us.

This is one of the worst apps to sign up for…..unless you have almost 30 minutes of free time. You’d be better off finding street parking miles from your venue then trying to use this app.

Very easy instructions and plenty of space to park . Fast and convenient method . Not too confusing or high tech for those of us not technically inclined . Great safe and I will use again!
