The guys on 85th street between 3rd and Lexington are amazing

I park here every time I travel to nyc and these guys are awesome! Very willing to help with figuring out the parking app for checking in. Always greeted with kindness and a smile! Also very very reasonable prices!

Attendants were exceptionally helpful and kind. Never experienced such a good service.

i tried to use the app to make a reservation, and it was somewhat difficult to use. the early morning attendant sat with me and showed me how to use it properly an obtain a discount.

Was able to easily determine best parking site close to where I needed to be, the attendant was pleasant and took my car in without issue and there was minimal wait to retrieve my car at the end of my stay. Overall pleasant experience.

Pre booking was affordable. The staff was very pleasant and quick to get vehicle.

Just drive in, drop off. Very simple. Nice people greet with smiling face. Treat you like a human, not just like a token. Great experience 👍

Reasonable prices and friendly competent staff

The website side my car don't need to pay large vehicle fee, but the garage on site said all SUVs need to pay large vehicle fee. I don't know if the garage is overcharging or website is wrong.

This parking garage was situated very close to my final destination. The staff was cheerful and helpful and the price was far less than other places.

This was my second time using this garage. The first time went smoothly. This time, not at all. I reserved and paid for my oversized vehicle parking on their website. I printed my receipt with the QR code and used it to check in when I arrived. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was told I had a balance due of $45. They could not explain what the charge was for, only that the computer added it. I again showed my receipt that proved I was within my paid time. Two employees and a phone call to a supervisor later and they still would not give me my vehicle or keys. After what seemed like 15 minutes back and forth of them not telling what the $45 charge was for, the employee handed me my keys and waved me toward my car. It felt like they were shaking me down for $45. I won’t park there again.

The Staff at the Park St Garage are awesome. Courteous and efficient. But I have a recurring problem with Parking.com. I reserve and pay in advance for an Oversize vehicle which costs more than a standard vehicle, but every time when I come to pick up my vehicle, I am charged an oversize vehicle fee on top of my prepaid reservation. I cannot retrieve my vehicle without agreeing to pay the overcharge. When I try to address this on line I get an email telling me to to call Reservations to deal with this and that the issue has been resolved. When I call Reservations I cannot get through! I am tired of being ripped off!
