If I could give it a 0...Fraudulent Charges
If I could give it a 0, I would. I parked at the Jersey City lot on Sunday, April 28. I scanned the QR code and submitted my credit card info and paid. Simple. On Monday, April 29, I received a text saying I just pulled into a parking lot, and the license plate was not mine. I called the customer service number and the representative kept telling me that I was parked, and it was my plate. I told her I am in my office at work, but she refused to validate my info. She said email customer service. I emailed them and got no response. I am currently working with my credit card company to dispute the charge.
