Screwed me out of money

$30 for a single overnight stay. What? Then I tried to cancel, the online site failed, I emailed support multiple times, and was charged another $30 for the next month. Then finally got a hold of them and cancelled it. Not a fan, but forced to use this company. Yay, free market!

Not to my liking

I purchased a day rate for my car at the train station, but the time got defaulted to only 2 hours instead of all day like I wanted. There was no ability to edit this, so I had to book a 2nd reservation to extend my time, even though the rate is for all day anyway. I contacted support about this which said would be responded to within 48 hours, which has come and gone with no response.

The app defaults to 2 hour parking, so even when booking parking in a daily lot (it costs the same for 2 hours or until midnight), it only authorized for 2 hours, and I received a ticket 5 hours later. And the fees are excessive

Does NOT answer to email. Machine does not accept credit card. Does not plow snow.

This app is unable to use a credit card that's been copied from a password manager. For a few weeks I couldn't figure out why my new flex spending card worked with the train app, but not this parking app. After thinking more I manually typed in each number and the "invalid card type" message went away. Come on Parking.com, it's nearly 2024. People use password managers for things like credit card numbers too. Learn how to support copy & paste functionality

The app wouldn’t let me add the number of hours I actually needed since my parking event spanned past midnight. App also doesn’t allow apple pay. Terrible experience

I kept getting warnings it was going to expire yet didn’t allow me to add more time. Very stressful to not know what I was going to come back to. Also had to run two different cards to buy because it didn’t seem like it was working and of course it charged both.

I paid for parking and received a ticket anyways. The system is clearly not organized. Although the ticket was voided, it still seems backwards that I was partially blamed for getting a ticket in the first place. The customer service could definitely use improvement.

You can only buy 1 day at a time. I left for the weekend, and by the time I recieved the text to purchase the next day I already had a ticket. App is difficult use and very confusing. As it seems to be intentional. Would've been cheaper just to drive to the
city.

It was very difficult to figure out how to pay for Pingree Road. I found this by accident. The correct information on how to pay is not at the station. The format for spaces didn't match then I figured out I needed my license plate number but was not told that until I found this app so I almost missed the train.

Arrived within minutes of train. So easy to enter and pay my parking thru this app. Completed on the train. Easy

machines at the lot were difficult to use. The surcharge for using the app was not expected and unfair.

App took a longtime to set up and get going.... previous app much better

Easy to use. helpful reminder texts

It’s a really good app. However, it errors out rather than tell you you can’t make payments past midnight. Other little things too.
