It was a pleasant experience to arrive and have available parking spaces. And bonus that the venue was attached, on long walking required.
I booked a reservation and scanned the code but since I left and came back still within the time of my reservation it tried to make me pay extra. I had to talk to customer service for >30 min
Easy to make the reservation. Easy to enter the lot by scanning the QR code I received. Found great parking. Easy to scan when leaving! Also GREAT price - much cheaper than the regular price if pulling into the lot to park. I would definitely use again!
It was very easy to reserve my parking and just as easy to enter the garage and scan my QR code to park. Found a great HC parking space by the elevator on floor 3. Exit was just as easy as entry. Price was great too!

The QR code did not work on entry or exit. I had to call for assistance both times. The instructions in the app say to take a ticket from the machine which is also confusing - why have and scan the QR code? Then at the exit I had to call for assistance and use the code on the ticket and verify my reservation. The whole thing took way too long when the QR code should just open the gate if you have a valid reservation.
We liked the location and price for parking. It was easy to prepay for the day and scan in and out with our QR code. We will use this garage again!
The email with the QR code for the garage was in Microsoft office which the app was refreshing. I couldn't access the QR code in the app. I called the phone number for assistance, and I couldn't get out of the garage. I needed the QR code, which was in email, in Microsoft Office, which was refreshing. I provided my license plate, the address of where I was, the time I entered the garage and I offered to provide the credit card # that I used. I was on the phone for almost 25 minutes and I kept being asked for the reservation number, which was in the email. I explained the situation with the Microsoft office app a number of times, but the person didn't understand what I was saying. I asked for the QR code to be sent to my cell number, and they didn't do that either. When I provided my license plate #, I was told it wasn't valid because it didn't have any letters. I explained that I had a customized license plate. I finally convinced the person to open the gate and after almost 25 minutes of discussing my situation I was able to leave the garage.
If given the option to reserve parking please limit the number of cars in and out so you don't spend forever looking for a spot. I prepaid and reserved parking but had to circle the garage for 50 minutes until I was able to get a spot to park.
Pre-paid parking QR code, bought on official parking.com website, did not work upon entering or exiting. Had to push assistance button and wait to get out of lot. Line of cars behind us. Same thing happened to car in next exit lane. Really bad

The voucher didn’t work and I had to pay a second time at full drive up price. No refund has been issued yet and I contacted customer service over a week ago.

The machine wouldn't scan my QR code coming it AND going out! I had to call the office BOTH TIMES and sit there for many minutes waiting for someone to answer and sort it out. FIX YOUR MACHINE!

Had fight to get into the garage with the pass and something trying to leave had to call assistant and was hung up on twice
It was horrible!!!!!! I had problems with the meter not working. It started out at $17. It took me over 35 minutes to check out and my bill wind up being $24. I had about 15 cars behind me cars on the other side has some issues too.
