A total scam. My son entered the parking garage with a gate up and no one there to monitor the gate. He was there for 4 hours and looked around to see how he could pay. He then thought maybe it was a... See more

Very Convenient - Park and pay online
One of the things the system wanted was a five- or six-digit number from near where I was. I never found it.
Otherwise, pulling in a space and figuring out how to pay while in my car was awesome experience.

Easy app, but gouges you if you need to extend time.
The app was easy enough to use and set up parking. The only issue I think could be corrected is the time extension. While the app itself is easy to extend, they wanted a minimum of five dollars for a fifteen minute extension, which was what I paid for the two hours. I declined and hoped for the best.

I’ve fed back this before
I’ve fed back this before. The APP does not recognize the location when I scan the QR code at the location. When I type in the code it doesn’t work. It only works when I find closest parking and click it - even though the number is the same. Barely anyone seems to park in these areas so I guess they give up when it’s not working. It’s a pain when something should be so simple but it’s not. The funny part is the issues I’m having are at icon plus parking, but it’s not even listed as a lot in the review system. Sort of like when you actually try to use it at the location itself.

35 minutes of my time wasted in your parking garage
I was stuck in your parking garage because I only had cash. None of the customer representatives were helpful at all except for one named Sylvia. I called 5 separate times for someone to assist me. When I finally was able to leave, I had gone over the two-hour mark and was charged more. The simple and ultimate solution was to have me pay by a web link at the gate. Why the first two representatives didn't arrange that with me 35 minutes prior when I called initially, I don't know. This was the worst experience I ever had in a parking garage in my life.

You charged me the wrong amount
You charged me the wrong amount. I couldn’t get anyone from customer service to do anything. I was referred to the manager of the garage and no one would call me back. All of this after myself and the attendant tried multiple lanes, 2 different cards and cash. All the machines were not working. I then had to pay virtually to get out of the garage and was charged the wrong amount. I have told everyone what a cluster this garage was and how poorly it was handled. Do better.

It wouldn’t take the tickets or my card, ended up calling for support, she did not help. Sat at the gate for 15 minutes ended up paying online and did not get my validation credit, cost more than I should have paid! Classic terrible service where the system does not work! I will not return!

Frustrating and embarrassing
Frustrating and embarrassing. Because the ticket i received was faulty i had to wait 20 minutes after i paid, before I was released from your parking complex. Three customer service representatives sounded annoyed with the entire matter and as frustrated as me. I pray I don't have to use your parking complex anytime soon.

QR code was not usable at the parking garage , contacted customer service about Issue/get refund and never heard back. So I got to pay the parking fee twice and the one paid to Parking.com was higher than the actual garage charged. If no stars were an option - I would !

I purchased 4 days of parking at Point Orlando Parking Garage in Orlando FL. Received a QR code with the option to add it to my Apple Wallet and instructions to scan it upon entry and exit of the garage. The garage was a fully automated facility with no attendant. The garage didn't recognize the QR code sent to me by Parking.com and the people in the garage office had no idea what that was. The first day I tried to exit I had to stop all traffic while a customer service representative went to the exit and manually lifted the bar for me. I called Parking.com to let them know I would pay again for my parking on site as this people had no idea who Parking.com was and to request my money back. The representative said it was my fault because I had been instructed to print the parking certificate and scan it. I read him verbatim the instructions sent to me via email by the company and told him that I received no certificate, no instructions to print it and only a QR code. After a less than courteous conversation (on both sides) we agreed I would send them the receipts and they would reimburse. They reimbursed only 2 of the 3 receipts I sent them. Anyways. I wont be using this service again and don't recommend it.

This service did not work for Orlando pointe parking. I tried scanning my QR code from my phone and from a printed copy and was not able to get into the parking I paid for online. I ended up having to get a ticket at the parking lot and paying at the parking lot which defeated the whole purpose of buying the tickets beforehand. I am giving parking.com a higher rating than deserved (very poor product) because their customer service was very responsive and cancelled my reservations so I would not have to pay double for parking.
