I booked online and went to park and…

I booked online and went to park and there is no scanner to scan the booking code at the entrance. I had to pay again while exiting the garage. Very poor!

Not user friendly

1. I tried to use the App, despite inputting the time I was going to get there and the time I got out, it still charged me full price of $23 instead of the early bird $17 special yet i was therebefore 8.30am.
2. The app is not intuitive. I am relatively tech survey but I could not figure out how to use it with out asking multiple people. I still don't think I fully understand how it works.
3. There is no advantage for using the app vs just showing up and collecting a tkt. If anything, I think it is faster and cheaper to do it outside the app.

We had a hard time getting out of that…

We had a hard time getting out of that building, we had to call customer service because even if we already paid online, we were still asked to pay when we checked out. :-( It was an inconvenience!

Having many parking garage options so…

Having many parking garage options so you choose the one that works best for your trip, made my experience great. Garages are where attractions are the most. Directions and signs were perfect, and the most important for me was that I didn't waste time explaining that I already purchased my parking, but as you drive, your car is recognized by cameras.

Does not take commuter card

I have an employer-sponsored credit card and this merchant does not accept it so it defeats the point of transacting with them.

I made a purchase online the night…

I made a purchase online the night before and when I arrived at the location per my GPS 1201 Maine Avenue SW Washington DC 20024 and street signs. Spoke to a door man who confirmed I was at the correct address. When I tried to scan the QR code it would not accept what was sent to me in an email. Called via the phone on the kiosk and was told I was at the wrong address. In order to gain entrance into the garage we had to obtain a ticket and pay a second $22 for parking. Site does not refund! Will NEVER use again. $44 for 2.5 hr of parking! Highway robbery!!

Received a message from Praking.com that they would reach out directly. Not holding my breath for a refund or additional contact.

App & Online easy to use

Easy to book parking online and via Parking.com App. Attendants are extremely nice and helpful. Have always felt safe in the 1 garage I use.

I paid for the parking ahead of time…

I paid for the parking ahead of time and had it loaded in my phone's wallet as instructed. The scanner would not read my card so I had to pay again. i was simply robbed of $17.

Experience was simple and easy

Experience was simple and easy. Paid a couple days in advance via site. Garage was easy to find, thanks to Waze. Used my iPhone to scan QR code to enter garage. Located a space to park my small SUV. Garage is a lil tight, so big SUV/Vans maybe a lil difficult park. I did get a lil confused with going to next level. Need to have signs posted to the next level. Also, need signs to show where the elevators are located. Fortunately, we followed another individual to the elevator. Overall, experience was good and price was reasonable.

Website was glitchy

Website was glitchy, which made it difficult to use. For instance, the first attempt, the website seemed to freeze at checkout and so had to redo the whole process. The instructions provided by parking.com were not clear. Turns out the QR code that was provided was to be used upon leaving. These instructions were not provided, and this lack of knowledge ended up costing us more money. Do not recommend.

Barcode system is glitchy and the attendants are bitchy.

I schedule my parking in the morning and get the barcode. When it's time to leave the barcode works about 1 out of 4 times. So, I have to call the number for help and the operator always acts like they are doing me a one-time favor by opening the gate for me after I give them my name, phone number, ticket number and confirmation number that I paid for the parking. The thing that really bugs me is how all have an attitude and they act like it's a big one-time thing when every fourth time the barcode doesn't work to open the gate. They ask me every time if I have turned up the brightness on my phone. I know how to use the barcode, your machine doesn't work. It's really quite annoying. I like the system when it works but your operators have to know that the system is glitchy. They should be courteous and apologize for the inconvenience. I don't know why they have to act so bitchy about it when I have paid good money to park.
