I paid when no one paid at Rainbow beach Chicago. I saw no enforcement validating if one paid or not. I felt like I paid for nothing.

I was disappointed at the North Avenue…
I was disappointed at the North Avenue Beach location because there was a person making the payments and slowing down the 5 cars ahead of me and I was 2 minutes over for the delay and had to pay an additional $7.00. Very disappointing and I suspect this happens often to others.
